Since 2021, we have completed environmental life cycle assessment (LCA) and embodied carbon modeling as part of the rezoning application, building permit application, and LEED documentation for more than 1.5 million square feet of floor area in residential, mixed-use, and commercial building projects ranging from low- to high-rise in scale. Most recently, we have led the development of a life cycle assessment report, based on the Environmental Building Declaration (EBD) guidelines, for the 66186-square foot Central Credit Union Arena (CCUA) at the University of Idaho.
Our clients range from non-profit research bodies such as Athena Sustainable Materials Institute, to major consulting firms and design builders, to developers and manufacturers.
